ETS STANDARD SETTING STUDY

Welcome to the ETS Registration website for Standard Setting Study Panel Nominees.

Congratulations on being nominated by your state to serve on a statewide standard setting study. Your state has asked ETS to conduct this study.

In order for ETS to convene a panel comprised of appropriately credentialed professional educators, all nominees must register and indicate their willingness to participate in the study.

The information you provide during the registration process will be reviewed to confirm that your credentials and experience match the profile of panelists needed for a study. If you are selected to serve as a panelist, ETS will mail you an invitation. ETS will provide meals and pay your travel costs. In some situations, ETS will also provide overnight accommodations. We ask you to respond to that invitation within 10 business days.

Not being selected to serve on a panel is no reflection on your expertise and qualifications. It most likely means that all openings on the panel were filled before we received your registration. In some cases it may mean that your teaching level or license did not match the panelist profile required for the study.
